Is this actually allowed by Funda and Pararius?

Accepted Answer

Yes — as long as we stay within their terms, which we do. We log in as you, from a residential IP in your own city, at roughly the same frequency an active user would. We don’t bypass captchas and we don’t create extra accounts. One real account = one viewing request, exactly the way you’d do it yourself.

How safe are my login details?

Accepted Answer

AES-256 encrypted at rest, only decrypted at the moment of a sweep, never visible to our team. Your 2FA keeps working — if a challenge fires, we ping you on push. You can revoke our session at any time from your own portal account.

Question 3

What if an agent realises an AI wrote the application?

Accepted Answer

The motivation is always in your name, built on what you told us. It’s unique per listing — different opening, different reason this one fits. In 14 months of operation we’ve had zero complaints from agents. If you’d rather review every application before it goes out, you can — only Hunter and Concierge ship on auto-pilot by default.

How do I stop once I’ve signed a lease?

One click on the pause button inside the app. The crawler stops immediately, billing stops the same day, prorated. Pick it up again in three years when you move — your profile stays on file for 24 months, then it’s auto-deleted.

Does it work for buying as well?

Accepted Answer

Scanning and alerts: yes, across Funda and local agents. Auto-apply: no — making an offer on a property needs human negotiation we deliberately don’t automate. The Concierge plan pairs you with a buying agent from our partner network.

Question 6

What if you miss a match?

Accepted Answer

Our sweep frequency is 30 seconds per portal, seven days a week. Any listing online for more than 60 seconds, we’ve seen. If you do spot one we missed — say, because a local agent only dropped it in a WhatsApp group — flag it and we’ll add that source. Usually live within 24 hours.
